Hotel Los Volcanes is a small B&B with 15 rooms, located in Alajuela, San Jose just a few minutes taxi ride from the main international airport in San Jose Costa Rica (Juan Santamaria Airport - SJO). The hotel is a popular choice due to its proximity to the airport and reasonable prices. Hotel Los Volcanes is safe and comfortable and walking distance to many restuarants and stores in Alajuela. There is a large private patio area in the back to relax and the hotel offers free internet.
Breakfast is included in the price and a taxi ride to the airport (but this is just to the airport, the hotel does not pick-up from the airport). Hotel Los Volcanes is less than a $4 taxi ride away from the airport.

Standard rooms with private bath:
Comfortable rooms furnished in a 'tropical victorian style' with wrought-iron beds. Some rooms have a queen bed, and others have a queen and a twin bed, all of them equipped with cable T.V, telephone, ceiling fans and a private bathroom with shower
Standard rooms with shared bathroom
The least expensive rooms. Choice of rooms: a few with two twin beds and there is one room with a queen and a twin bed, equipped with ceiling fans, cable t.v and telephone.
Superior Rooms with private bath
These rooms are the quietest and nicest of the 3 rooms categories. All superior rooms have a queen size bed, 26 inches LCD flat screen TV´s, air conditioning, room safe, ceiling fans, and a nice modern private bathroom.
